A Peoria epoxy flooring contractor that starts with the concrete.

Epoxy flooring is a multi-layer coating system bonded to your concrete slab. Done right, it turns a dusty, stained garage or shop floor into a seamless surface that resists oil, hot tires, chemicals and daily wear, and it cleans up with a broom and a mop. Done wrong, it peels within a year. The difference almost always comes down to preparation, product choice and the crew doing the work.

We install epoxy and concrete coatings for homeowners, property managers and businesses throughout Peoria, from newer garages in Vistancia and Westwing to established neighborhoods near Old Town and Fletcher Heights. Every project starts with an on-site look at the slab, because moisture, old sealers, oil saturation and cracks all change which system will last.

Arizona is hard on floors. Summer slab temperatures can pass 130°F in a west-facing garage, UV through an open door yellows the wrong topcoat, and monsoon dust gets tracked in every day. We build each floor for those conditions: diamond grinding instead of acid etching, base coats rated for hot tires, and UV-stable polyaspartic topcoats wherever sunlight reaches the floor.

Bare concrete stains, dusts and cracks. A coating fixes all three.

Epoxy seals the slab under a seamless surface that's tougher, cleaner and brighter than the concrete it covers. For homes it turns the garage into usable space; for businesses it means a safer, easier-to-clean floor that still looks professional after years of traffic.

Installed by our own crew

No subcontracted weekend kits. The same people grind, repair and coat your floor.

Built for heavy use

Vehicles, dropped tools, rolling carts and daily foot traffic don't chip it the way they chip paint.

20years

Typical lifespan of a properly prepped and maintained floor.

Wipes clean

Oil, antifreeze, pool chemicals and spills sit on top instead of soaking in.

Brighter rooms

A glossy floor bounces light around, so garages and shops feel bigger and cleaner.

Nine coating systems, each matched to how the space gets used.

From a two-car garage in Fletcher Heights to a distribution warehouse off the Loop 303. Each system balances cost, cure time, UV stability and toughness differently. Pick a service to see how it's installed, what to plan for and common questions.

Why Peoria property owners choose us.

We'd rather explain the trade-offs honestly than sell you the most expensive system. Here's what you can expect when we coat your floor.

Our own installers

The crew that quotes your job is the crew that grinds, repairs and coats it. No hand-offs to a rotating list of subcontractors.

Diamond grinding on every job

We mechanically grind every slab with dust extraction. It's slower than acid etching, and it's the main reason our floors stay bonded.

Moisture tested first

Moisture vapor rising through a slab is a leading cause of blistering. We test before recommending a system and use vapor-tolerant primers when readings call for it.

Itemized written quotes

Your quote lists the prep, the number of coats, the products and the finish, so you can compare bids on equal terms instead of guessing.

Built for Arizona sun

Hot-tire-rated base coats and UV-stable topcoats are our default for garages and patios, not an upsell.

Clean, on-schedule installs

We protect walls and adjoining rooms, keep dust contained and give you clear walk-on, move-in and park-on times before we leave.

Choose your finish.

Every system can be built in one of four looks. Flake is the most popular choice for Peoria garages because it hides dust and adds grip, while metallic is a favorite for showrooms and living spaces. Solid color and quartz cover most commercial floors. Tap through to compare, and we'll bring physical samples to your estimate.

How your floor gets installed.

The same five steps on every job, from a single-car garage to a 40,000 sq ft warehouse. A typical two- or three-car garage takes one to three days from grinding to topcoat, depending on repairs and the system you choose. Most floors take light foot traffic within a day, furniture and stored items a day or two later, and vehicles after the full cure time we give you in writing.

  1. 1

    Free on-site estimate

We look at the slab, check moisture and cracks, show you color samples and leave a written quote with a start date.

  2. 2

    Diamond grinding

The concrete is ground with dust extraction to open it up. This is the step that keeps a coating from peeling — we never skip it.

  3. 3

    Repairs

Cracks, pits and spalls are filled and ground flush so they don't show through the finished floor.

  4. 4

    Base coat and finish

The base coat goes down, then flakes, metallic pigment or quartz if your system calls for it.

  5. 5

    Topcoat and cure

A clear, UV-stable topcoat seals everything. We tell you exactly when you can walk, move things back and park.

What affects the cost of an epoxy floor.

Every floor is quoted after we see it, because two garages of the same size can need very different work. These are the factors that move the price most.

The estimate is free and there's no obligation. You'll get a written number with everything listed, so there are no surprises on install day.

  • Square footage

Larger areas cost more in total but usually less per square foot, because setup and equipment costs are spread across more floor.

  • Slab condition

Cracks, spalling, pitting and oil saturation all add prep and repair time before any coating goes down.

  • Existing coatings

Old paint, sealers or failing epoxy have to be ground off completely so the new system bonds to bare concrete.

  • System and finish

A solid-color coat is the simplest build. Flake, quartz and metallic finishes add material and labor, and polyurea or polyaspartic topcoats cost more than standard epoxy.

  • Moisture mitigation

Slabs with high moisture readings need a vapor-tolerant primer, which adds a layer to the system.

  • Scheduling and access

Night or weekend work for businesses, and phased installs around equipment or inventory, can change the labor involved.

How epoxy compares to other floor options.

Many Peoria homeowners weigh a coating against leaving the slab bare, painting it or covering it with tile. Here's how they stack up for a garage or work space.

Keeping your floor looking new.

Epoxy is low maintenance, not no maintenance. A few simple habits keep the gloss and the grip for years.

  • Sweep or dust-mop weekly so grit doesn't act like sandpaper under tires and shoes.
  • Mop with warm water and a mild, pH-neutral cleaner. Skip citrus, vinegar and harsh degreasers.
  • Wipe up oil, antifreeze and pool chemicals promptly instead of letting them sit.
  • Put plywood or pads under kickstands, jack stands and the feet of heavy equipment.
  • Use walk-off mats at doors to catch monsoon dust and desert sand.
  • Have the topcoat refreshed if busy traffic lanes start to look dull.

If a section ever gets damaged — a dropped engine part, a deep gouge from moving equipment — it can usually be repaired locally and recoated rather than replacing the whole floor. Call us and we'll take a look.

Questions we hear a lot.

Don't see yours? We're happy to talk it through.

(602) 419-4190
How long do epoxy floors last?

Typically 10 to 20 years, depending on how the space is used and how the floor is maintained. A worn topcoat can be scuffed and recoated without redoing the whole system.

Can you coat over my existing concrete?

Yes. Existing slabs are what we coat almost every day. Old paint or failing coatings are ground off, and cracks and pits are repaired before the first coat.

Will it hold up to a Peoria summer?

Yes, when it's installed right. We grind the slab instead of acid etching, use hot-tire-rated base coats and finish with UV-stable polyaspartic topcoats that don't yellow when the garage door is open.

Are epoxy floors slippery?

A plain high-gloss coat can be slick when wet. Flake and quartz finishes have natural texture, and we can add anti-slip media to any topcoat.

How long does installation take?

Most garages and home projects take one to three days. Commercial and warehouse floors depend on size, and we can work nights or weekends to keep you open.

How much does an epoxy floor cost?

Price depends on square footage, slab condition and the system you choose. The estimate is free, and you'll get a written quote that lists every coat and product.

How do I clean it?

Sweep or dust-mop regularly and mop with warm water and a mild cleaner. Skip harsh acids and citrus degreasers that can dull the topcoat.

Is epoxy or polyaspartic better for a Peoria garage?

Both have a place. Epoxy builds thickness and hardness at a lower cost, while polyaspartic cures faster and stays clear under UV. Many of our garage floors use an epoxy base with a polyaspartic topcoat to get the strengths of both.

Do I need to empty the garage first?

Yes, the floor needs to be completely clear. Shelving bolted to the slab may need to come out, and we'll talk through anything that's hard to move during the estimate.

Can you coat an outdoor patio or pool deck?

Standard epoxy isn't UV stable outdoors. For patios, walkways and pool decks we use UV-stable polyaspartic or polyurea systems with a slip-resistant texture.

Will cracks show through the new floor?

Cracks are filled and ground flush before coating, which hides most of them. Structural cracks or joints that keep moving can still telegraph through over time, so we point those out during the estimate.
